Three Blades: A Chicagoland L5R swords tournament

BREAKING NEWS!
The Three Blades event will also be host to a Legend of the Five Rings
storyline tournament called
"Flight of Mujina"!
Due to the storyline nature of the tournament, players are encouraged to take
advantage of preregistration to ensure that they can
have a chance to play.

9:00 a.m.: Registration begins at Something Wicked (#1 on the Locations map)
11:00 a.m.: Tournament begins at Evanston Public Library (#2 on the Locations map)

Legend of the Five Rings (L5R) constructed deck tournament
Strict Gold format. Cards from Broken Blades and Gold-bugged cards
from 1,000 Years of Darkness will be legal. Promo cards through
Season of the Dragon will be legal (i.e., no Hida Utaemon or Feared Duelist).
Multiple swiss rounds, cutting to final 16 (or 32, depending on attendance).

| Grand prize: |

A replica sword set, including katana, wakizashi, and tanto, with ceremonial stand (the
"Three Blades" of the tournament's name). Other prize support
will also be provided.
